Reading the reviews got me scared to order but after contacting the customer support via email I decided to take the risk. I was glad I did. Fast replays and helpful suggestions. Ordered two pairs same shoes and kept the best fit and returned the other pair. Returns were also easy and fast. The return conditions are understandable and not hard to follow. Thank You I will order again. Great selection also.

After reading these reviews I was bit nervous to order Manolo shoes for my fioance but it all went very smooth and quick. Communicaion was very good, shipping fast and shoes came in great shape. Dont have experience with their return policy, though. I would buy here again.

Does not accept returns of defective shoes. Bought a pair of Christian Louboutin sandals here for my girlfriend, cost 7.000kr (full price). After wearing them for 2 minutes the inner sole started falling off! Sent photos to the store: they replied asking me to send photos! So I sent more, and more (they wanted photos of every part of the shoe), after a week no reply, sent multiple reminders, and finally: no, the store refuses to accept a return and claimed that the damage was due to excessive wear, after 2 minutes use! Stockholm's best shoe repair service were not able to repair the inner sole, they told me the shoe's defective. I buy a LOT of shoes, but will never buy from Savannah's again, better to buy directly from the manufacturer. Otherwise you are throwing your money away, because if the shoe is defective, Savannah's sure won't take care of it.

I ordered the Alaïa Le Coeur bag as Savannahs was running an offer and it was cheaper than anywhere else. Everything worked perfectly, shipping was fast and I'm happy with the bag. The only thing I was quite disappointed by is that the bag didn't come with the original box. Alaïa bags usually come in beautiful storage boxes, as you can see from any unboxing video... would have been good if the shop had mentioned this in their description.

I ordered online a pair of shoes and everything was great. The order got delivered in time, the shoes look amazing and the price was cheaper than anywhere else. Highly recommend!
