Shoaib was an amazing salesperson at this Ferragamo store in Kolkata. He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive to detail and super polite while attending to my requirements. The store itself has a decent collection and is well designed to cater different collections it has for men and women. Though I was in a rush and collected the belt that I wanted to match my shoes, I am definitely coming back again to buy more.

If I could give half a star I would. Worst customer service experience ever! Never again. I bought two pairs of the same shoes, one in 10.5 and the other in 11 as I wasn't sure of the right size for me and the store I went to didn't have those size. 10.5 fit, I returned the 11 and they rejected claiming it's been worn. All I did was try on the right leg. So appaling

I was dealing with customer service in Australia about an issue with a bag I purchased a couple of years ago. When I was ready to take it to the store, I could not find the email conversation so I asked if they could assist or let the srore know that I was going in. The customer service team were great!. Responded straight away, they gave me clear instructions on what I needed to provide for proof of purchase and all was going well ... until I recieved a random text message from the Westfield store saying, Hi Anti (not even my name), This is Ruby from Ferragamo Westfield Sydney, hope you are doing well. I just wanted to let you know that your bag bought 5 years ago, it's out of warranty, and we don't have this bag anymore, unfortunatley we can't help you out here. I'm so disgusted at this response and even more so that it came as a random text message. After all of the money that I have spent on this brand over the last 10 years I really expected more from them, especially when customer service knew the whole story and sent me to that store. I felt so belittled, like I was trying to return a beach ballon witha hole in it! This was one of my favourite brands but I will never buy from them again!!!

Iconic location with excellent customer service. Matteo was excellent. He was very patient with us as we tried several pairs of shoes before making our selection. We are glad that we made the trip to visit the store. Wonderful selection of quality goods and friendly service. I highly recommend the florence location and Matteo.

I got a bag from Salvatore Ferragamo. After the third wear, ithe Handel of the bag was broken.I took it to the Ferragamo store with the receipt and was told they would send the bad for assessment to their store after so many trials with the manager who was unfriendly at all and said the bag was an old product. Three weeks passed and when I contacted them, they said it was a wear and tear issue and could not repair the bag or replace it.Should this have happened after 3 times wear???? And from such expensive bag ??? I have been wearing other bags from other top brands and not one of them has frayed like this. Shame on Ferragamo and shame on their shoddy customer service. I am now reading similar complaints from others about their customer service. Needless to say, we shall not be buying their products a

Do not buy online as Ferragamo does not handle returns or respect the rights of buyers. Generally ignored correspondence and arrogant attitude. The company is not directed to solve the problem and does not return the money and does not provide additional investigation upon request. Very bad service
