I regret to say that our experience has been nothing short of disappointing and unprofessional! We signed up for a 12 month contract, with the option to leave after 6 months and requested our payments be split monthly, in which they agreed and sent us a 12 monthly breakdown of the payments due. 6 months later we received a further bill of €11,800 in which I queried their suspected error, only for them to come back and state the contract was for 6 months and the next 6 monthly payment was now due. This charge was not communicated to us clearly and was not a part of the initial agreement in which we signed up for. Throughout the entire sign-up process, we received multiple emails from their team clearly stating the 12-month duration of the contract. In an effort to resolve this matter amicably, we attempted to discuss the issue with their team, providing evidence of the 12-month payment plan outlined in the emails we received. However, our concerns were not taken seriously, and our subsequent correspondences were repeatedly ignored. Despite our clear intention not to renew the contract, we continued to receive further invoices, and despite replying to each email, we never receive a reply. We have now been approached by their appointed debt collectors, threatening legal action if we do not pay an outstanding amount of approximately €24,000 however we have full evidence of our correspondence and lack of theirs so will be taking this further. Through this scenario I would not recommend this service, not only through mis-selling their service, but for lack of customer care.

Been using SM for more than a year and cannot say enough positives about the software - or the support staff. Both have far exceeded expectations. Our subscriptions and sales are skyrocketing.

Well i really hope that this review will be useful for at least one company to not start cooperation with SALESmanago cause they are scammers company, they lie, they cheat, they fake reviews. Guys take a look at all the reviews and were are 5 stars review take a look closely you will see that either review was made by employee or SM paid for it… but if you still decide to work with them i did my best to warn you:)

Be careful with this company, they are scammers. A lot of nice stories, presentations etc but they don't manage to get the software up and running and then keep sending invoices for nothing. Let the reviews speak for themselves before you consider to work with Salesmanago.
