Great place to work! Amazing perks, value driven company with good, stable leadership. In most teams you would have talented colleagues to work with. One of the best things I like about the facilities is that the facilities are at par with offices in San Francisco and around the world.

Undoubtedly one of the best places to work at. Joined this place before covid and attended this particular office for two weeks. One of the coolest office I have been to, lots of employees friendly perks and privileges. Best part is the super yummy, delicious and wide variety of in house food for all employees at no cost along with a Barista.

The most toxic work culture! You will be paid good you will be bought as a slave with compensation but the amount is torture with next level of mental pressure. Beware of manager like Khirabdhi Rath and Harish kumar from tableau team.. they can terminate you by putting in PIP without valid reason even based on personal reasons! No job security! If you wan stable growth career salesforce is not place. Girls on maternity get no support so basically think ur on hook and will be off soon!! Be kind enough with yourself and save yourself From above managers Other reviews : Salesforce silently changed the PIP process late last year. The new process is only known to managers - concierge info on this is access controlled (also not all of the managers are fully aware of this process change since they don't have real experience with PIPs in their team after this change went into effect). Current official PIP process is super easy and quick for managers - even easier than Amazon. Once a manager or their skip level targets someone in the team all they need to do is sign a form via concierge attesting that they have coached you verbally or informally. The manger will mark you as raise performance in workday. The manager can do this even one time and once they opens a case, ES fast tracks the process to prepare PEP exit package or terminate you directly. PEP package is not guarantee now. VPs can override and terminate you without PEP/Severance. In the previous PIP process the burden of proof was super high on the manager who had to do formal documented coaching at least for 90 days and then once case was opened it would have to be reviewed and approved by ES, ER (Employee Relations) and finally Legal before PIP was officially communicated and then 60 day window started to even give PEP. Now in the new process, ER and legal are not involved and total amount of time to terminate someone is as quick as 30 days in the new regime. Salesforce has become worse than Amazon and this was spearheaded by none other than Srini and his minions. Sorry and good luck!
