I m using the biometrics machine from 1.5 year , Most recently 2-3 punches got mismatch of biometric & software on daily bases. & customer support provide me solution of purchasing the new machine as the warranty is over now. I don't understand is it hardware issue or the software issue? i feel trapped , i have to purchase the machine every year. its very sad....
