Disgusting room had a bloodstain on the sheets. I asked for a refund, they refused and offered a different room. That one had hair on the bedside table and holes in the pillow case. They asked for an extra 200$ deposit despite the room being paid for online and wanted a physical card. Thankfully, I didn’t have it so they didn’t photocopy it like they did to others but did a pre- authorization and I tapped. The form they made me sign said the deposit was 0$ so I modified it and made the person at the front desk initial it. When I said I would not stay there because it was dirty and unsafe, the owner insulted me for checking the room was clean. I travelled out of town rather than stay there.

I never recommend this hotel to anyone. They took my 200 $ deposit and they don’t give me back my money. I was there for one night Saturday 3 August. I live in Montreal but I will come back to them and take back my 200$ this Saturday 10 August. This hotel doesn’t look like in the pictures, the rooms are disgusting and very small. The washrooms are public and very dirty . Some customers are drug dealers. The hotel is close to the refuge homeless

Kind of garbage in a word. They just charge you for at least 200 per a night. There are no actual stuffs like any slippers and even a trash can in the rest room. I don't recommend it even for couple of hours. I stayed for around 12 hours and they only charged me.

The place itself was exactly what I expect from a hostel. my issue is that they put their deposit through as an actual charge not an authorization and I had to dispute it with my credit card company to get it back, if they hadn't tried to scam me out of $200 I would have used this place again as I found it to be quite average for a hostel

We enjoyed our stay here, the host Moe was nice and accommodating. The residence and guests were pleasant. We also interacted with the homeless and had no problems, we were 3 females. The rooms were decent, the sheets were clean and no bugs, we had Wifi and AC. It is an older building, and unique, it clearly states it’s a residence and suite. It’s like a furnished residence with shared utilities. We the guests were responsible to keep the kitchen, dining and living areas clean. There is a beautiful terrace on the roof. The price was right, the place is close to everything walking distance. The host was seen cleaning the washrooms and showers late into the night, he did everything. He did his best to run the place on his own. Keep an open mind if you come here.
