Had a fraudulent transaction on my card, and they didn't do anything about it. Yet, several times a year, they cancel my legitimate purchases. Thieves work weekends, Royal doesn't. Three phone calls and no help!

When opening up a business account, they had sent me documents to authenti sign, when reviewing and noticing that they had my wife's information all wrong! Someone else's social security number, mother's maiden name and email. When I called the banker to ask why someone else's information is on my wife's documents, "oh sorry, we can resend them" REALLY!!! Than he resends me the same info!!! WTH!! After calling back again to inform them, he gave me an attitude and followed up with an email this account has been closed. REAL PROFESSIONAL!! And a HUGE violation on their end!

I have had nothing but positive experiences during my interactions with RCU staff; they are respectful, professional, and efficient. Any issues that came up we're resolved quickly and successfully.

I came in to cancel two money orders. I was told by the guy that was working this morning counter. I couldn’t get his name but he informed me that i have to wait 90 days to cancel my money orders. I knew that was not that correct information. If i can’t hold, flag or cancel my money orders someone will cash them. So i went to another location which was white bear. I asked the lady at the counter if i can cancel my money orders and she did just that. I asked if i’ll have to wait for anything and she said no. I am not sure how they are trained in st. paul but i am willing to take that trip to white bear. They seem to know exactly what they are doing and care about their members. The new St. Paul location off of Rice have the most laziest ppl. white bear is the location to get great customer service!

I first went down to Royal credit Union bank yesterday to the one on Rice street and Country Road C. And here is what I like about it. * speed. The time only took 30 min to open my account. I been in other banks where I can tell you I was hounded by bank tellers to open an account with wells Fargo. The people there were polite. Also I love the fact that yours funds are available the next business day. To me that's what's up because we are tired of the traditional banks you got to wait 3 days for the money. This is a feature of chime bank but with a bank.
