Do not buy into them as a specialty company…they bait and switch and you DO NOT own your site! You will deal almost exclusively with overseas call centers and your product will not be unique or even of the best quality. Go LOCAL… wherever you are. Own what you pay for. Get to know the team handling your business. You will NEVER have that here and in turn they will hold your business hostage! I am an oral surgery practice director of marketing and previously worked for a digital marketing company that regularly had to clean up messes from companies like this and am now dealing with it firsthand as a client. Also, check the dates on most positive reviews….actually before buyout.

Buyer beware! Bait and switch company! Tried to get out of the service because obviously they can’t deliver what they promised and now they say you have a contract and will charge you for “what you signed up” for to get out. Charged my CC without authorization. If you really want to sign up with revenue well, make sure everything is spelled out otherwise they talk you into a sweet deal only to find out it is not what it is.

DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY! We have spent months and countless hours trying to get a refund for their system that was NEVER used. We were outright lied to by their representative about the program integration with our software. During training we found out that what she promised was incorrect and when we decided to cancel due to this discrepency, they refused to refund our money even though we never went live or used the system. We have spoken with Olga in billing multiple times and she refuses to give us contact information for anyone higher than her to get this rectified. Terrible customer service!! Once they get their money, they don't care. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!!

DO NOT BELIEVE THE PROMISES MADE!!! We have been using RevenueWell for a few months and have had several issues which have not been resolved. They are unable to deliver on what was promised. Customer service is a joke. They only open tickets and say they will follow up, but no one ever does. We have sent many emails to our assigned rep (Tony Cerros) with no response. We've been told that we can not cancel because of the contract. Different parts of the platform are frequently not functioning. To say we are disappointed is a huge understatement. RevenueWell is the definition of a bait and switch company.

Very poor experiance with this company. Barely got out of contract, they constantly would not get back to me. After being ghosted for months but still being billed, one rep reached out to me.. WORKING FOR A COMPETITOR, and said he'd like my business. Told him to kick rocks.
