Our experience with 365 has been extremely disappointing. We signed a contract with them last year, and since then, it has been a constant struggle. Despite numerous attempts to cancel the contract and get in touch with someone from their team, we’ve had no success. Their customer service is practically nonexistent, with no clear way to contact a representative or receive support. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t prioritize customer communication or assistance. One of the biggest issues we faced was with the accounting portion of their software, which was simply unreliable. Data synchronization occurred with significant delays, often spanning multiple days, and the information was frequently inaccurate. This caused serious discrepancies in our financial records, creating more problems than solutions. For a business like ours, where accuracy and timeliness are critical, this lack of reliability made the software completely impractical. In addition to the technical challenges, their overall system lacks the flexibility and functionality that a modern business needs. It became clear to us that the software was not designed with user needs in mind. Instead of streamlining our processes, it slowed us down and introduced unnecessary complications. We had high hopes for 365, but our experience has been overwhelmingly negative. I strongly advise others to consider alternative solutions if they value good customer service, reliable software, and efficient operations. Don't recommend!

Using Restaurant 365 has been a terrible experience for us. We expected it to help us manage our business better, but instead, it has made everything more difficult. The accounting features are completely unreliable, with delays in syncing data and errors in the numbers. This caused us to spend countless hours trying to fix mistakes instead of focusing on running our business. What’s even worse is their customer service. We tried reaching out multiple times to get help, but they are impossible to contact. It feels like they just don’t care about their customers. We tried to cancel the service after realizing how bad it was, but they wouldn’t let us out of the contract. We’re now stuck paying a huge amount of money for something that doesn’t work and only causes problems. I wouldn’t recommend Restaurant 365 to anyone. It’s just not worth the trouble.

In July 2020, I signed a contract with them. It states a monthly payment and annual auto renewal - no information whatsoever on their cancellation policy. Come Nov 2024, I want to cancel because I just spent three years trying to get accurate accounting information from their software - including hiring one of their "certified" consultants. I spent tens of thousands trying to get my books to balance, and ultimately the software is just too flawed to make it happen. Just as an example, it allows you to reconcile the same period twice, which totally defeats the point of a reconciling. I just want to cancel, but since it auto-renewed in July they are making me keep it until next July, including add ons for their AP Processing that I JUST signed up for a couple months ago after asking if I can cancel it at any time and told yes by their sales person. This is going to cost me $6,000 for the remaining period. I don't trust a company so desperate that they have to hold their customers hostage - their software is garbage and expensive and you are better off elsewhere. I can recommend MarginEdge, 7Shifts, and Quickbooks to replace the three functions of R365. I used to think it was better to have more functionality in one software, but the benefit of individual focus and API integration is that each developer is giving focus to having something worthwhile when they aren't trying to "do it all".

I just wanted to cancel in May after spending 100+ man hours trying to get this to work, but since I signed their “contract” I can’t get out of paying until December. $16,000 later for not being able to use any part of their software later . This is bullshit I don't trust a company so desperate that they have to hold their customers hostage - their software is garbage and expensive and you are better off elsewhere. They say they work with most suppliers but you spend more time uploading receipts and opening tickets with there “customer service” then its worth. Their systems don’t work out and will cost you time and frustration with fake promises. Stay away. Any one in the restaurant business can recognize their fake 5 star reviews from their own employees. Be aware.
