ResNexus

ResNexus has been a great software for my RV community - all the features we need wrapped in an easy to use interface. Uptime has been excellent - no issues since we began with them 2+ years ago. Thank you Andrew for your excellent support - I have enjoyed working with you on our initial training and for follow up calls when we implemented its more advanced features.

Well, it all started in 2009 when I turned our home into a B&B after the 0708 crash. In the beginning, we used Google calendar and was getting too booked up and thought there had to be a better way.. My Google Ads guy suggested a friend of his David and gave me his contact number. They were just getting going as well in 2010. I can say it’s been a great journey and helping them with Ideas from our B&B and I’m sharing ideas with me to help build my business to what it is today. My rep was absolutely 100% responsive and helpful and when he retired I was put with Tony who at first I was nervous because I’m not good with change. What I have to say about Tony is that he is truly dedicated to helping us with everything we need from my inadequacies with the computer to help and design marketing aspects that have considerably brought bookings up and workload down. I have added digital Locks since Covid, credit card services, which make it very convenient being on the site and a list of things too long to mention in this share. He also has a back up in case he is tied up, who is TJ who adds to the pie having other suggestions and qualities that make the whole experience phenomenal. I highly suggest if you are looking or maybe want to increase your bookings and ratings.Don

Our RV Park transitioned to ResNexus in July of 2024. This is the best move we have ever made! The system is intuitive and easy to use, the reports are excellent, and the customer service is the best in the industry! TJ de Roza was excellent in his training and set up and the team of support people are so helpful and personable. We also decided to change our website and went with ResNexus for that as well. Tim Cross was very responsive and helpful. The website it the best of any of the RV parks in our area and it exceeded our expectations! We are beyond pleased! It was such a pleasure to work with such talented and professional people!

We have recently purchased a small ski lodge and had been looking for a new hospitality management software but nothing seemed to offer what we needed until I discovered resnexus. The service I received from Andrew Webb was absolutely fantastic, he helped set us up and transfer over from our old software. Can’t thank him enough and very happy we made the move over. Thank you!
