I recently received my new retainers from Remi, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I placed my order, the process was seamless and user-friendly. The retainers fit perfectly right out of the box, and the comfort level is exceptional—much better than my previous ones. I am suprised how comfy and nice my retainer from Remi! Its actually wayy comfy from the one I had from my Dentist! I definitely recommend getting retainers from them!

While I loved my mouthguards I had a lot of issues with my subscription. They advertise they ship them within 14 days of working on them, but they never actually started working on my replacements causing multiple refunds, for them to recharge me, etc. I discussed with customer service and they said they could not guarantee that same scenario would happen again so I've been forced to switch to a competitor.

I have been dealing with jaw pain from grinding for about two years. I purchased Remi bite guards because they were half the price of the ones from the dentist and had great reviews. Well ….jaw pain no more, they are wonderful! Since wearing them I haven’t had one headache or jaw pain. It’s a miracle and I’m so thankful that I found Remi! I will be a customer for life!!!!

Seemed good at first. Have had multiple times where my order has been ignored. One including Black Friday that was on a time limit they did not honor even though it was in time but was ignored. Not only that I’ve had multiple instances of double charges and charging for the subscription at random times or when they aren’t supposed to. This will probably end up being ignored as well .
