She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and patiently answered all my queries, helping me make an informed decision. Her ability to understand my needs and suggest the best options was impressive.

I would like to appreciate Mr Ahmed and Mr Mohim for their wonderful service at Reliance digital. They are fantastic and guided me really well to purchase the laptop on the spot. Such people are really assets for the company and for people like me who have no idea about laptops. I trusted them and they have done a brilliant job. Keep it up and all the very best!!!

Ridiculous..Ridiculous..Ridiculous..I will give 0 star to the store after listening to their representatives..I have purchased a Havells Breezo i 35 Cooler in this Reliance Curla store(Mumbai400070)Maharashtra.First of all the delivery I have received after 2 days (against there commitment of same day delivery)..As per store incharge for coolers installation person not required and end user can open it and do the installation at his own..Then I did the unboxing of the cooler and turned it ON ..and by the same time I found some of the function buttons are not working ..This is the very first impression of the Store..After this I called there representative and briefed her about this faulty piece …But She was not just interested in resolving the customer issue instead she is telling me the Reliance Digital rules (which ideally should be in customer favour)..Bub this time Reliance Lady representative telling me ..the Havells service Engineer will visit your Home in 48-78 Hrs..and after this if the issue remain unresolved then He will give me the some DD..that I have to show in the reliance store then I will get the replacement …How can any company make such rules..which are made for suffering instead of making him (customer)Happy..What is happening with this industry.??.How the inspection systems are so casual.??.How can they forward the Faulty piece..??Is it manufactured in local place or in reputed Company..??Reliance has no systems to address this issues??What actions Reliance will take against the manufacturer??After this much gaps in their own systems..Reliance is interested in convincing customer for delay in the in attending the issue..How smartly these industries are training their representatives..Looking at their answers I feel that they are getting such frequent issues..so they have become expert in talking such language..I am appealing reliance Senior person to look into this ..I am totally disappointed with Reliance and because of such casual response I will never Purchase a single thing from this Reliance Industries and neither I will promot the people to buy the products from Reliance stores..

I have visited to reliance smart Bazaar I have purchased Korean noodles which is mentioned Mrp is 60 but selling price is 41 & also buy 2 get 1 free so the amount should be 80 rs but they have charged 120 buy saying the amount is 60 it's totally fraud they are making such a big brand earn money this way
