Rehab Medical

I am shopping for a power wheelchair for my 94 yo family member. EMMA has been very helpful, and easy to reach. Rehab medical is now at the top of the list of available retailers in Cincinnati, to use for replacing a current power wheelchair !

These people are great. I had expected this to be a long drawn-out process but they responded promptly to my doctor's referral, assessed my needs, got the insurance company's approval and delivered my new power chair in 5 weeks. Unbelievable!

My mother’s power wheelchair has been sitting in her living room for MONTHS. They have told her her parts are on back order. They have NO alternatives, no loaner chair available, no backup plan for when their chairs inevitably break. They simply leave handicapped and elderly people to fend for themselves. For MONTHS. And this is not the first time.

I've had to deal with Rehab Medical for a few years now and they don't do anything in a timely manner. My electric scooter has been down and being worked on since October 6th, 2023. It hasn't worked right since then and a tech guy was out on July 1st and said it needed new batteries again. I have been calling Rehab Medical several times/week and was just told the parts were just ordered on July 9th. My scooter will not hold a charge so I can't go anywhere. I just received a phone call from them stating they would follow-up on Monday, July 15th as to the status of getting the batteries. I feel like I'm just getting the run-around. I'm very frustrated and angry as it doesn't seem like Rehab Medical actually cares what's happening. If I could, I would change companies.

Do not go to this medical supply store. If I could I would give a zero star. Go to the other medical store around the corner on foothills. The owner lies...

I was so impressed with phone assistance. This medical store has excellent quality and stock. Not one medical supply store near me had any thigh support...
