I love this brand and usually orders online, but today I happened to be in the city and decided to drop by the bond street location. It was the worse experience I have ever had. There are 7-8 employees and I was not greeted once by anyone. Everyone else was greeted but me. Then I decided to purchase two item and was told they will need to grab it from the back. The store was not busy only few customers and took almost 45 minutes for my item to appear by the register. There are groups of 3 probably managers and staff just making jokes, singing on the retail floor… again not helping customers. It’s the worse customer experience I have ever had. Do not recommend this location.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but the employees at the Bond Street location are rude and dismissive. I have never felt more unwelcome in a clothing store in my life. I love to buy things for my girlfriend and had intentions of picking up some surprise gifts for her but instead I left with nothing but a bad feeling. My days with this brand are over.

I like being able to pick the outfits on a screen and then just having them show up in the fitting room, which actually has great light (a rarity). I was given a really smelly dress though which was a bummer and made me feel grossed out

I will never shop at this brand again. I purchased a dress online for over $200 and it was delivered via FedEx. The delivery was left outside of my building and the image verification for the delivery showed that. The package was gone by the time I got home. I reached out to Reformation hoping they could help me submit a claim to FedEx to get my money back. They refused. And said “For any future orders, please consider mailing to an alternate address.” As if it was my fault for not living in a door man building in a major city. They don’t care that you don’t receive your order you paid them for! Terrible customer service!!!!

I love reformation and usually shop there pieces online. Came to this store recently to try on some stuff and had a horrible experience. The staff members were very rude and was difficult to get their attention. They also placed the wrong dresses in my change room and I had to wait about 20 minutes to even get a staff member’s attention. Some orders I placed were also not put through their system … wasted my time
