Reformation

I had such a great experience at the Reformation Store on Bond Street tonight. It was around 7:45 PM, just fifteen minutes before closing, and I came in to process a return. Despite the timing, the loveliest associate with salt-and-pepper hair assisted me with such a positive attitude. They were talkative, sweet, fast, and incredibly helpful. Their upbeat demeanor, especially so close to closing, really stood out and made my visit so much better. Amazing customer service—thank you for making it such a pleasant experience!

I love this brand and usually orders online, but today I happened to be in the city and decided to drop by the bond street location. It was the worse experience I have ever had. There are 7-8 employees and I was not greeted once by anyone. Everyone else was greeted but me. Then I decided to purchase two item and was told they will need to grab it from the back. The store was not busy only few customers and took almost 45 minutes for my item to appear by the register. There are groups of 3 probably managers and staff just making jokes, singing on the retail floor… again not helping customers. It’s the worse customer experience I have ever had. Do not recommend this location.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but the employees at the Bond Street location are rude and dismissive. I have never felt more unwelcome in a clothing store in my life. I love to buy things for my girlfriend and had intentions of picking up some surprise gifts for her but instead I left with nothing but a bad feeling. My days with this brand are over.

I like being able to pick the outfits on a screen and then just having them show up in the fitting room, which actually has great light (a rarity). I was given a really smelly dress though which was a bummer and made me feel grossed out

Worst experience ever! The changing room system is awful. The employees are rude. I have been shopping at reformation since 2014 but haven’t bought anything recently due to quality issues. I just wanted to stop in to try on one pair of shorts. I got to the changing room and someone else’s shoes were thrown into the changing closet, the shorts had a stain on them and the shirt was in tatters. I requested 5 items and there was only two in the room, they never came to me to tell me the other things were sold out. I had to leave the changing room and flag someone down.
