Such a great company. Listens to the consumer. And customer service is A+ . Website full of links to manuals and how to guides. I own 4 different redcat racing cars n trucks. And I love them. Solid product. Solid company !!!!

Great service / warranty. Just received my Ascent Fusion and was trying to remove crossbars to install a 3D printed bed. One of them had so much threadlock I had to use vice grips to remove and ended up trashing it.. Redcat sent out a complete set of crossbeams, washers and screws within a week. Great service!

I have two Redcat vehicles and I've found them to be an outstanding value. Of course when I have a product that's an outstanding value I don't expect much in the line of support. Surprisingly Redcat is NOT in any way lacking when it comes to service. My Gen8 never needed anything as far as the warranty goes. My Ascent Fusion has had some possiblly self inflicted warranty issues, but the customer service department has exceeded my expectations every time. Even when I described the possible abuse I subjected the vehicle to, there was no questioning or innuendo that this is my fault, even though it probably is. So with all this I can say that you will not be disappointed when you go Redcat!

I’ve purchased many different RC’s from many other companies. I came across a FB post from RedCat Racing displaying their monthly promotions. I used to build model hydraulic cars with small motors and fishing line. I saw RedCat Monte Carlo and used to have one exact. So I had to purchase it. The car came quickly and had some questions for RedCat which they were amazing in knowledge and assistance in helping out with any issues or question i had. Perfect team performance in customer care and the products are fantastic. Not only did RedCat gain a customer forever, but they also are growing memories for them and their families and friends. Thank you RedCat for all you’re doing to bring RC’s back into my love for them.

I had a few issues with my Gen 9 and they've been very helpful. They answered all my concerns and sent replacement parts immediately as well as keeping me up to speed on shipping and delivery times . Otherwise the truck performs pretty well. Considering what it cost , it is pretty good on trails .
