Such a great company. Listens to the consumer. And customer service is A+ . Website full of links to manuals and how to guides. I own 4 different redcat racing cars n trucks. And I love them. Solid product. Solid company !!!!

The customer support at Redcat is top notch! Always willing to help out whenever they can. We now have 9 Redcats and the list will keep growing with support like that. We've never had a problem with one that wasn't a wear and tear item or user error. When it comes to RTR crawlers, there isn't a more capable and fun to drive vehicle than the Ascent Fusion, and most recently the 6 Ascent 18s I picked up for my boys, nephews, and myself😏 for Christmas. If you're looking for an extremely capable 1/10 or 1/18 crawler, do yourself a favor and pick up an Ascent or Ascent Fusion!

RedCat customer service is absolutely amazing!!! Quick responses to inquiries and prompt solutions! They are really customer focused & that’s rare in this day and age… Their products are well designed & built to run right out of the box - and run well!

Great service / warranty. Just received my Ascent Fusion and was trying to remove crossbars to install a 3D printed bed. One of them had so much threadlock I had to use vice grips to remove and ended up trashing it.. Redcat sent out a complete set of crossbeams, washers and screws within a week. Great service!

I have two Redcat vehicles and I've found them to be an outstanding value. Of course when I have a product that's an outstanding value I don't expect much in the line of support. Surprisingly Redcat is NOT in any way lacking when it comes to service. My Gen8 never needed anything as far as the warranty goes. My Ascent Fusion has had some possiblly self inflicted warranty issues, but the customer service department has exceeded my expectations every time. Even when I described the possible abuse I subjected the vehicle to, there was no questioning or innuendo that this is my fault, even though it probably is. So with all this I can say that you will not be disappointed when you go Redcat!
