Red Ventures

I'm a few weeks in and I absolutely love it. Everyone I work with are extremely nice and willing to help me out anyway that they can. I feel like I can actually contribute, manage myself and my projects without feeling someone breathing down my neck. My director and VP are all super supportive about making my experience at RV whatever I want it to be. I'm excited to begin this journey!

An amazing place to work. It's a place where the executives sit with the employees and it shows in our culture. We pivot faster than a company our size usually does. Ideas get put into motion quickly. We have subsidized restaurants (that's plural), juice bars and coffee spots. There are free gyms, a basketball court, a bowling alley and much more. Very privileged to say I work at RV and hope it's for a long time to come.

Good pay but a lot of pressure. If you want to make a decent pay but live a miserable life, this is the place. I love my family more than money. I had to think and glad I left. I am working somewhere now for a little less with great peace of mind and lovely team.

I've been with RV for over a year now, and honestly it is one of the best places I've ever worked. The environment is competitive and fast paced. The only constant thing at RV is changed. Only way to do well here is simple, lean into the change. Once you embrace the change and go with it, you will go far in this company. Update: As of 2023 I haven't been with RV for 6 years. Most of the people I worked with at the time are no longer there either. I don't know much about the current culture, but it seems to have shifted in a bad direction. I hope they can figure it out.
