REA Group

This company doesn't take care of its staff and salespeople. As a sales agent, I've been promoting their products (Premier Plus and Audience Maximizer) to my clients (vendors) without any compensation. Yet, when it comes to selling my own property, they don’t even offer a discount or any support. How greedy can they be? Every other supplier has offered something...definitely and actively promoting your competitors from now on more as they look after their people. Here is the feedback you're after.

Guys your website is horrible (same as Domain). Why don’t you have more filters ? For example I can’t choose built year of the house, why I have to see 100 year old houses ? There is no option to view houses / townhouses without body corporate. Please add more filters to the search !!!!

Great company to work for. Spent ~8 years working for REA all of them great. The new office was opened late 2014 and is a great environment to work in. While open plan offices aren't for everyone, REA's is best in class. The HR services team makes sure there are plenty of perks for staff (including an area for Dogs/Owners). There are plenty of opportunities to learn and a diverse set of products to work on.

Deserves Zero Stars, if that were an option. I have complained about many inaccurate and illegal wording in adverts created by Real Estate Agents that are posted on this website. The REA Group's Complaints Department NEVER deigns to respond to my written complaints regarding these adverts. This lack of response leads me to believe that this is just a huge conglomerate that aids, supports and enables the poor, inept and unprofessional conduct of Real Estate Agents. (As if they needed any help falling under that low bar of standards!)
