One real great resort I found in Kerala with friendly service and maintained well. Stayed in the cottage which had a wonderful view, enjoyed with my family. My Kids and wife didn't even go out to the nearby malls as they had unwind themselves and been with nature so well in the property. The boat trip in the evening on the river had given them some beautiful cherished memories. The food at the restaurant had a wide variety of selection including live cooking for breakfast and dinner were we enjoyed. Keep it Raviz team !!!

I recently visited the resort for a business meeting. The staff were very professional and accommodating. The cleanliness of the public areas was impeccable. However, the approach road could require some maintenance. Overall, the resort is deserving of a five-star rating.

Wonderful property by the river. You can enjoy great views if you have a river front room, prefer that over the other type of rooms. Cottages have river front views as well, but the elevation is lower. Property has a good pool, activity section with Foosball, Ping-pong and a health club. Good is wonderful, authentic Kerala food options available. Has a good spa as well. Location is on the main road with current infra maintenance activities, resulting in some noise in the road facing rooms. But overall a great experience.

Great place, well maintained but the staff behaviour is a bit weird. We had 2 rooms from the office and both had the same experience. Imagine receiving a call from the reception at 11.30am asking have you decided to extend your stay? If not then the check out is at 12 when we have already told them that we are checking out at 12.30 and asked for a cab to the airport. They lack basic etiquette and spoil the entire experience. Their front desk staff need to be taught some basic etiquette. They are the face of the hotel and they are doing a miserable job. I am sure you will find other reviews that share the same view.
