Radisson Hotels

I stayed at Radisson Hotel near Mumbai Airport T2 for one day. The location is excellent, just a 5-7 minute cab ride from the terminal, which is a big plus for travelers. The staff was friendly and polite, and their welcoming attitude was appreciated. However, the service was a bit slow, which could be improved. I also noticed some maintenance issues – a ceiling light was missing in my room, which was unexpected for a hotel of this standard. The amenities provided were decent but not luxurious, so don't expect anything extraordinary in that regard. Overall, it’s a convenient option if you want to stay close to the airport, but if you’re okay with staying a bit farther away, you can find similar accommodations for half the price. Keep in mind, the cab charges to the airport would likely remain the same. A decent stay, but there’s room for improvement.

Radisson Blu Andheri MIDC is an excellent option in mid luxury range. It is located very close to the airport. The hotel has a huge lobby and a calming vibe. The rooms are big as per Mumbai standards. They are cleaned very well and the sound proofing is amazing. We did not hear a single noise from outside in such a bustling city and area. The staff is friendly and will help you with your occasional deliveries. Housekeeping actually reads your requests and cleans accordingly. The service was very quick. We did not have to wait for anything that we asked for. Next door building is a very famous restaurant which was very convenient for us. Although the pool was a disappointment, it was super clean, but not at all deep. It just seemed like a kids pool termed as adults pool. Highly recommend overall.

This was my second stay at Radisson MIDC and the service and staff were exceptional! I travelled with my mum and the staff made our stay so pleasurable! A special thanks to the whole team, I can’t remember everyones name but i do remember Valencia and Rohit who were amazing! Definitely recommend staying at Radisson MIDC!

I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel. On the early morning of the 21st, I was double-charged for my room despite the payment already being made by my team. To make matters worse, the staff delayed my checkout and made me pay again, citing procedural issues. I was assured that the refund would be processed in 7–8 working days, but even after 10–11 days, I have received no refund or response to my emails. The lack of communication and professionalism from the team is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as their service standards are far below expectations.

While the rooms are clean and comfortable, I think the hotel could improve in some simple ways to make their guests more comfortable. The rooms did not have sufficient drinking water for two people. The breakfast spread was not well organized and was confusing to navigate (could not find spoons, sugar for coffee, etc), the coffee wasn't very good either. Location is great though, very close to the airport.
