I went for Talent acquisition face 2face interview , Though I already explained my Expectations and all. And yes i also cleared all the interview rounds at the same day. Later on , some guy came in last round- and asked so many unprofessional and personal questions… And offering the less CTC. Next day one of the HR called asked my documents… Then these guys ghosted me… Guys These guys are so pathetic and running company like a Lala

Please read the documents they let you sign before you join. You might just be signing a Slave contract for just 15k a month. Upon that You have to Fine 1lakh if you decided to leave before 1 year.

Never join this company even if you are offered best package in the market. They have designed their policy in such a way that an employee is always temporary ,they have given full authority to client to decide the fate of rsystems employees.Rsystem never take responsibility of their employees other than giving salary.Ill skilled managers, stinky office, broken chairs ,min default increment is there but not based on performance. Anytime they can ask you to not come to office as no more work for you in any other project.even MD Nilesh Bansal who is enjoying the certificate of best place to work but don't know on what grounds will also do not reply if you escalate.to him .

I was rejected due to low confidence but hr vipin behaviour is very good. He is a very professional person. I will try later

Its a micro-management company not CMMI level 5 at all, the Hr and Managers are so arrogant & weirdos; untrained. Not really an employee centric company esp this Noida office sector 59. There's no transparent policy regarding the management, work ethics & the Salary part. They will try to deduct almost everything from your CTC whilst they will claim that they do provide an incentives plan in your salary slip. There's no proper appraisal, even if you enquire about it to the concerned team they won't be responding you in a professional way. The intoxicated manager viz Mehak Kohli and his gangz are the worst part again who are solely responsible for messing up all your Salary and bonuses which you hardly earn. I'm really disappointed!! Its such a toxic work place in the entire industry 🧍👎👎👎
