Received text messages that were very informative and made the check-in so easy! The facility was very clean with a pleasant atmosphere. My scheduled appointment was very prompt and the phlebotomist was incredible! I'm very phobic regarding needles.... She was very pleasant and reassuring... I have to say that I have had numerous blood drawings and she was by far one of the most skilled and efficient experiences. I can't thank her enough! This facility will definitely be my "go to place "

Terrible customer service. My name disappeared from their system and I was told my name would be called shortly. An hour and a Half later my name still isn’t called. I go to the help que to speak with someone and they say I never signed in. My drug test was time sensitive because of my workplace injury that took place today. After expressing my distress that they would not accept me for a drug test as it was after 4pm at this point, (I had been waiting since 2:20 pm) I was told that to leave. In a calm manner I asked to speak to a manager, I was then told there was no manager on shift. Seconds after this happened there was a speech made to everyone in the lobby about the walk in waitlist guidelines. I would like to speak to a supervisor at this location because this was a terrible experience that may cost me my lively hood. If no action is taken quest will be involved in my court proceedings moving forward.

Provider James had very poor bedside manner. I understood the standby rules, however when your taken off queue for no reason you start to become frustrated. I was not the only one experiencing this error by James this morning when I and others addressed our concern James said " I am not doing this today " and proceeded to shut the door leaving everyone in question. An elderly also expressed that he had hearing problem James did not show any empathy towards him which is what really made me upset. I feel like this could have been handled differently.

BULLSHIT place.I arrived and checked in electronically had a seat waited 15 minutes patiently with my name upon their board as a sign on door says open until 6pm. So I was confident I would be seen. Nope after waiting someone came out claiming they don't do work screenings after 4pm it was 415pm I was on their board 15 minutes earlier waited there for nothing because she insisted I would not be seen for my testing needs. Why does the door claim your open until 6pm if your not taking patients. I had waited to go to the restroom and everything needed all for nothing. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS FACILITY AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE EITHER.

I had an unpleasant experience at this location. The staff member at the reception was not very helpful. I arrived for my appointment and checked in using the link that was sent to me, but they did not add me to their system. I waited for 20 minutes and did not receive any communication. When I inquired about the delay, a staff member simply told me to check the screen and if my name was not there, it meant I was not in the system. The phlebotomist also refused to answer my questions, which left me confused and unsure of what to do. Fortunately, another staff member noticed my distress and took the time to assist me. They helped me reschedule my appointment for an hour later since they were unable to locate my initial check-in.
