Topup purchased via app not credited, parcel undelivered. I understand the company's financial crisis but it is not okay to make your service available when we buyers use our hard earned money and not receiving anything. Most people in SG are going through tough times nowadays why must people be so irresponsible and selfish to think only about themselves. Stop making other people life's harder.

Seller did not deliver the product as listed. Raised the refund request but Qoo10 kept saying it’s not their problem & refused to refund me. I bought from Qoo10 & paid Qoo10. Seller listed on Qoo10 for a fee. So Qoo10 takes money from both buyers & sellers, then keeps the money for itself without any resolution. Ultimate scam. Raising for awareness. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Zero rated. Don't order to Qoo10 anymore if they continue to use Qxpress service. Qxpress didn't deliver the parcel but indicated "DELIVERED'. After called over 30 times, managed to contact to Qxpress CS but still under investigate, no schedule. Really bad service. Ask Qoo10 to refund, also no respond. When I had to pay $100 credit to start as a Business seller to start my account then the platform is so hard for me to use as a seller I completely give up on them when they cannot refund me my money. Wasted my $100 totally.

Qoo 10 has been a good online platform to shop from. I have always enjoyed shopping from Qoo 10. However recently, things have not been good with Qoo10 because they have not shipped my products. The customer service hotline is no longer working. The Qexpress hotline is also not working. I have been messaging them for the update on my product and have been receiving generic answers like; will update you in 3 to 5 working days. So I am not going to shop at Qoo10 anymore.
