Pullman Singapore Orchard

had a one-night staycation at the Pullman, and the team provided a birthday cake. The cake was nice and yummy. Thank you to the Pullman team, especially Emma, Iffah, Rina, and Siva, for the arrangements. The room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, there was a bit of an issue at the lounge (Archive Club). We arrived at 8 pm and ordered soft drinks. After waiting 30 minutes, the drinks still hadn't arrived. I asked a staff member to cancel the order as the wait was too long. Unfortunately, she didn't apologize. She needs to learn how to treat guests at the club. However, I still give 5 stars for the room and the surprise. Thank you very much!"

Great location in the retail center of Singapore. Convenient to most of the popular tourism spots. This is a renovated hotel. I gave it 3 because they reused a lot of the bathroom furnishings. They are clean, but you can see the passage of time. All in all, it doesn’t really match the modern vibe they were going for. The service is excellent. Smooth check-in/out. Friendly staff. We even got a cake for our anniversary. Big thanks to the Pullman staff there. Special mention to Andre, Debbie, and Natalie.

Excellent Location and clean rooms. Used the Meeting Room as it was a business trip and service was good. Breakfast in the Lounge is average and service and a little friendliness and caring attitude would have helped as it’s otherwise a great Lounge. All in all a good place to stay- Doormen are very friendly and right attitude.

Pullman Singapore Orchard truly delivers on both style and substance, making it a must-visit for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay in Singapore. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Pullman Orchard near my birthday. I did not tell them because I was not there for celebrating but for business trip. They noticed and sent me a cake to celebrate!! What a nice surprise. Thanks to Emma, Chloe, Taufiq, Rina, Cherry and Gareth for the exceptional service. And the cake was so yummy. Thanks again Pullman Orchard..hope you keep up with the good work.
