I've been working at Provab Technosoft for a 2 years, and it's been a fantastic experience. The company offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment where learning is highly encouraged. The projects, especially in travel technology, are challenging and rewarding, allowing me to constantly upgrade my technical skills and grow professionally.

Worst experience i ever felt, recruiters are only working for target based. they called F2F interview and made me to wait for more than 2 hours after that took the interview and silly reasons are mentioned . This type work environment will spoil the candidates confidence. And even the employees dont know where exactly the company located in simply sharing one location and wrong wrong address. Near by this company there is no bus stop also . Its like Gully . Specially women do not prefer this company.

Simply they will waste the time...first round they will take VC and for CEO and vp round they will call for F2F and interview went well and i received feedback is not selected without telling any particular reason only

No job security here,the toxic company. There is no process in this company even single small work also don't have the process.

I am writing this feedback to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Provab Technosoft. Our experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. We initially entered into an agreement with Provab Technosoft, lured by their promise to deliver our system within a reasonable timeframe of 4 weeks. However, the reality was far from what was pledged. Instead of a functioning system within the promised period, we endured a staggering 7 months of endless delays and unfulfilled commitments. The level of incompetence demonstrated by Provab Technosoft extends beyond their inability to meet deadlines. The customer support provided is abysmal at best. It became painfully evident that they lack the basic understanding of customer needs, leaving us feeling ignored and frustrated throughout the entire process. What is even more infuriating is their blatant money-centric approach. Despite taking a substantial amount of money from us, Provab Technosoft failed to deliver what was initially agreed upon. Attempts to seek a refund or resolution were met with indifference and unresponsiveness. To add insult to injury, Provab Technosoft took the drastic step of shutting down our website, claiming that we had not fulfilled our financial obligations. This not only showcases their unprofessionalism but also raises serious ethical concerns. It is unacceptable for a service provider to sabotage a client's online presence, especially when payment has been made. The fundamental question arises: why should we continue to pay for a service that Provab Technosoft is unwilling or unable to deliver? The destruction of our website has left us in a dire situation, with no resolution in sight. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering Provab Technosoft for their services to think twice. Their track record of broken promises, inadequate support, and questionable business practices make them a company to avoid at all costs. Our experience has been nothing short of a disaster, and we hope that others can learn from our unfortunate encounter with Provab Technosoft.
