Purchased braun facial hair remover on February 2023 with 2 year warranty. It stopped working in January'24 . Thereafter, I took it to nearest service center. Issue was smoothly resolved in a Span of 2 days. Same issue was faces in July'24, sadly this time service center couldn't resolve my issue and ask me to contact the company. Hereafter, the process with P&G customer service was tedious and yet they fulfilled my need. My product was sent to Indore and after 15 days I received a new one. Sadly, it didn't work at all . Had to raise a new complaint and ask for a new product against my replaced product. After a month ,they sent me a new one. Finally, it worked and functioning properly no more defects .Though, it took me 2 months to resolve the issue, I finally received a new one. Of course , I had to follow up on customer care by calling and fight for it as it was under warranty.

Ridiculous support. Purchased braun trimmer and it stopped working within a week. Can't claim warranty from them. Have been following up with them for around 3 months without any resolution. Corporate fraudsters.

Hurting environment with unnecessary plastic & paper carton use on their product packaging No social theme to plant trees, save animals, cleanliness and so on High MRP No mention of quality certification on Products Ideal storage temperature for products is missing Doesn't promote reduce, reuse & recycle There are below aspects which doesn't go well: 1. Doesn't mention if any of the raw material is imported 2. Doesn't mention if addiction or excessive consumption can lead to organ failure or skin irritation 3. Chemicals used and its impact to environment water bodies & soil is clearly missing 4. Expensive Product range 5. Product packaging is not eco friendly 6. Color used for packaging is not eco friendly. 7. Usage of natural resources like water & electricity used to develop single unit is not public
