I’ve been dealing with Pride/Quantum for nearly 3 1/2 years now and I’ve gotta say the customer service center has gotten worse on hold times. BUT….me being the very select few who understand you’re a business and a very busy one at that! There’s got to be a better/more efficient way of answering phones for us techs in the field. Not sure how you could, that’s up to you to figure out. But staying on hold for majority of the time 20-nearly 40 minutes is intolerable and frustrating when we’ve got a time schedule for these patients. Just my opinion and food for thought! On a positive note, I’ve fortunately created a relationship(not that way) but gotten to know one of your employees named Chelsea Ruger….and I’ve gotta tip my hat to her because she’s on it! I always call her extension first and most of the time have to leave a voicemail which is fine, then call back to be placed on hold. NO MATTER WHAT, she ALWAYS calls me back even if it’s to late to help my needs for a quote. She’s NEVER FAILED ME, has absolutely excellent customer service abilities and last…she needs a raise 😅🙏🏻 Pride/Quantum, you’ve got a really good one there so if I were you I would definitely do everything in my power to hang on to her! And just to be clear, there’s never been any sort of talk about her leaving, this is me just being a google review nut! Love Pride/Quantum, do a lot of business with you and can’t wait do continue doing it. Oh also Chelsea needs a raise!🤑💁

The worst wheelchair remotes! Had to get new remote 6 times within a year. If it breaks past warranty it costed $600 to get a new remote. Something is wrong with your product if remote breaks that many times within a year!

My PRIDE is a well made electric all terrain wheelchair specifically equipped to transport a 6'4" 230lb man as myself. Totally high end quality made. Highly recommend the PRIDE brand. Will enjoy it for many many years to come. It's my Maserati :-)
