Was very excited to use this service, as I was having a difficult time getting responses from my PCP on a minor medication refill (out for 15 days). I submitted my information including my Blue Cross information, and received a response back that my insurance would cover 1 visit with a ZERO cost after co-pay, which I did. After a 4 minuet visit, I was very happy to get my Rx sent to my pharmacy VERY quickly. The ISSUE came yesterday when I received my invoice / bill for $178+ for the visit. Tried to talk to someone but was transferred around 6 different times. Do NOT believe them...this is a classic bait-and-switch, or maybe even closer to FRAUD. Very disappointed, as it was REALLY looking like I could have stayed with them as my NEW PCP.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They signed me up for a "membership" which I had told them I did not want. When their charges appeared on my credit card, I requested they discontinue. They said they "discontinued" the membership but charges continued to be placed on my credit card. After giving all the information requested for them to stop the charges, they informed me they could not "find" the charges. Finally, I had to cancel my credit card in order to stop these fraudulent charges. It's not worth the hassle. Find another online provider!

PlushCare has provided me with outstanding service. I am one of the 70K people part of Compass Medical closing here in MA. I lost my primary care and cannot find a provider who is taking on new patients. It's like being stranded in the ocean without a life jacket. This service has provided an appointment within hours of requesting same. I've used this service twice and am beyond grateful I could see someone via zoom. Both of my issues were minor and I prefer to never go to an emergency room unless it's a true emergency. The follow up from this service is also stellar. Thank you to each provider/staff for also following up when I had a question. Again, thank you all for this amazing service ❤️

I cannot get in touch with my doctor! It takes 3-5 days to get a response. I had a pressing need for my pharmacy to get my prescription approved by my medical team at Plush Care, but we all cannot get through! I have sent emails and sat on the phone for over 45 min for multiple days just waiting to speak with someone at Plush Care about this. My pharmacy has a limited supply of this specific prescription and I missed getting it because I couldn’t get through to my doctor. I have never experienced anything like this. Do not get stuck in this situation like I am.

Plush Care is amazing. The appointments can be made at my convenience, even really early in the morning. I have had two different physicians with whom to work. They were both knowledgeable, compassionate, kind and efficient. I appreciated their willingness to explain things and make sure I had plenty of information about my situation. Plus, I was able to use it while traveling. Very important. Thank you!
