Do not ever visit this dealership or buy any cars from here , he is a very big cheater. They sell the car in which they don't know who the owner is. The owner of the company has a lot of cases going on regarding fraud deals that they have done. Honest opinion do not trust them ever. They also sell accidental cars.

If you are looking for used car then never ever go to platinum cars especially if you are looking for medium range cars. There are lots of reasons for writing this review. We bought used Wagon-R from them and this is what we experienced: 1. In my case staff has no complete details of the cars they are selling 2. In my case Staff has no coordination, everyone will different stories for the same car! 3. They have never keep their word. In my case car had accident in past, but they said it never met with an accident...I came to know about this when I had my first service done. 4. steering assembly was changed may be due to accident and also car was partly/half repainted. 5. They said they will give me second key of car when I will make full payment...but when I made full payment and asked for second key they said it is lost....so I had to spend Rs 1000 for making and programming duplicate key. 6. I got Insurance paper after 2 months of purchase that too after reminding them number of times. 7. They took Rs 5500 for RTO transfer and number plate appointment but till date I have not received appointment for registration plate HSRP. Tips: If you go to this place then: 1.Talk and deal with Ankitbhai (owner) only. 2. Take every thing in written. 3. Do not make full payment unless you get every single thing they have promised for. 4. Better you don't go there.

He is very big cheater , do not ever go to this dealership. There are a lot of good dealers instead. The owner of the dealership has court cases going on. Do not trust

Worst customer service there team keep on calling for the cars but don't understand the situation of the client already told them that I will come in a day or two nd their so called telle callers behaved with me very rudely. I think they don't know how to deal with the clients. Pathetic

Do not ever go to this dealership to buy any car, this would be your biggest mistake of life. They are scammers.
