Very bad management in hiring they send invite to attend the interview and give a assessment test to complete maths+reasoning and after that I qualified and told me that they will call me for interview after 5-6 Days because the interviewer will came from U.S, I still waiting for their call 🤙 but no response. I went there to attend assessment test by travelling 800KM it's not fair. Very sad if you do not want to hire then directly you should tell that sorry, but first you gives hope to take next phase but no response. Still waiting.

I wouldn't wish working at Plasma SoftTech on my worst enemy. The management is completely disconnected from reality, making arbitrary decisions that make no sense and have no regard for the well-being of their employees. The work environment is toxic, with a culture of blame-shifting and zero accountability. It's like a sinking ship, and instead of patching the leaks, they're rearranging the deck chairs. Don't be fooled by their promises of career growth and development; it's all smoke and mirrors. Save yourself the misery and steer clear of this sinking ship.
