Für Kunden ein Hotel gebucht, das Hotel wurde storniert von Planhotels. Das Geld für die Kunden gab es erst nach der Betreibung zurück. Weil man hat die mails einfach ignoriert. Plötzlich war das Geld dann auf dem Konto, aber die Kosten für die Betreibung blieben an uns hängen. Es wird dann mit bösen mails gesorgt, dass man die Betreibung zurück zieht und wenn man es nicht macht, sorgen sie es via Rechtsweg das es ja nicht offen gelegt wird. Absolunt unfpressionell und keine Zusammenarbeit wert. Freiwillig buchen wir diese Hotelkette nicht mehr. Horror Erlebniss und nicht profiessionell...

Ruft man in Lugano an, nimmt niemand ab (mehrmals versucht….). Auch bleiben mails unbeantwortet. Komisch…..
