The reason I went to this store was because it’s close to my house and I remember them being knowledgeable about their products! I went in looking for advice on the best product to buy, to help with frizzy hair ! There were two young girls behind the counter and when I asked for what I needed , they looked at each other like I was from mars! One had to ask the other , then one of them walked over to the hair products and was doing what I truly could of done if I went into any store ! She was reading the backs of the tubes and saying “this could work” No where on the tube did it say anything about what I was looking for! She went through 3 or 4 different products ! I did not feel at all confident! I did not want to spend $30 or $40 for the product not to work! I decided to go over to the hair stylist that works at the back of the store and asked her for advice ! Right away she gave me the name of a product , how to use it and also mentioned how great the product was!

Great customer service but very low on stock, not sure if they will keep this place open. Other Planet Beauty shops near by closed. :(

Planet Beauty is an excellent store for beauty products and services. Yvonne Barron is a talented hair stylist. For products, the staff is very service oriented. I enjoy the 20% on qualified. It is very safe and meets CDC guidelines.

They don't have that big of a selection and the staff is not courteous. I kept trying to go to this location because it's closer to my house, but the last time I decided just to stop trying and I'll just drive further to Sally's where they have a better selection, and they're always friendly and helpful.

My son and I went to the Irvine Alton store tonight and the lady working was so incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond. I wish I had her name to thank her.
