I have a vandetta against you. I have had an issue with your pocketapp for over a month but your customer care rep, especially ESTHER keeps making my life miserable. I haven't gotten my salary for 2 months, and Esther doesn't have the decency to be more helpful. Until I get back my money... 86,000 paid in full and Esther is actively fired, I will make sure to ruin your Google ratings with my influence. This is just the first step of what I will do.

Firstly,what u should rather display in ur review summary is a long line for the 1 star rank,and nothing more! Why 5 star rank having the longest review? Fake indeed.am wondering why comments that appraise piggyvest have no single like yet comments that show complaint have many likes. Simply means the problems are indeed more than d one off customers that seem to" like "piggyvest transactions,and am joining the 0star group, if i could drop a "0" i will prefer it. Opened an account a while ago but hardly used it and forgot my pin ,I've tried every instruction but no way, called d ONLY cust care line( why an institution like this would have just 1 number makes no sense) & like others have said after waiting more than 10 mins and money deducted,there's no one available to pick calls. I heard of piggyvest years bk ,how good it was hence I opened account but am glad I didn't get to make deposits,now to even open the account is a headache, no response to email,ah! What a disgrace to the once thriving piggyvest,know for sure that when Complains exceed likes it means there's obviously a problem, go work on urself. Me I quit

Piggy vest daily savings is the biggest scam I will say it and continue to say it, you denied refunding my savings last year claiming what I saved is what I got and this year you have not remitted over N106,000 I have sent series of mails and made series of calls and each time I speak with someone I keep getting different things I have to do to get my money. I guess it’s your style of frustrating me to leave this money but i won’t back down. No wonder a lot of people pulled out from that service. If you have your money with piggy best I will advise you pull out now and also check that all your money deducted from your account is remitted accordingly.

Though I won't say they are perfect but they are one of the best in services.

You don't deserve a star from me💔 I regretted opening account with you guys firstly everything about your app is confusing not straight forward, secondly you take time to reflect ones money , thirdly this one look like charm saying my password is not correct excuse me as how? Am confused password j used my hand to set? Like really ? How? 💔I am using Access, GTB, V bank, opay all these never told me the password I set is incorrect and it's the same I am using so how come I opened piggyvest and used my password as usual I saved money into it then I want to withdraw my money all of a sudden my password is not correct haaaaaa!
