Kaitlyn and the whole team at Peter Rowland provided a high level service which made our recent Wedding at Butler Lane a very special and relaxing day. The communication and planning leading up to the day was very prompt and professional which took a lot of stress out of the process and gave us plenty of confidence in their experience and ability to manage the event. On the day, Kaitlyn and Graham were very accommodating to us and our guests and made the day run seamlessly. They worked with all our other suppliers such as music, flowers, furniture etc to ensure everything was delivered on time and set up. We would highly recommend the team at Peter Rowland and their venue Butler Lane.

Peter Rowland hosted my wedding at their Butler Lane venue and it was incredible. Their attention to detail is second to none, the food was amazing and the service was impeccable. A big thank you to the event coordinators on the day who went above and beyond in all aspects to deliver the most perfect wedding reception.

We had our wedding at Butler Lane on March 7 2020 and it was the most incredible day! Amanda and the team were so easy to work with and made the planning process a breeze. On the day we felt so well looked after and Grahame at the venue took such great care of us! The venue was stunning and the team were so adaptable to work with some changes that we wanted to make. Thank you to Amanda and the team for creating such a special, beautiful day for us!

Was overcharged nearly $500 for ham before Christmas, took weeks of emails to multiple email addresses and never once got a reply. Every phone call was just someone saying they'll escalate it and have some one call back but never once had a call back. More calls before they finally admitted to the fault and said they are processing the refund but more weeks have gone by and still not one call, email or refund of any kind. Appalling customer service I don't know how any business can operate with this kind of service I will be forced to get legal help now
