I ordered a Perry Ellis suit three weeks in advance for a wedding, ensuring I did everything right. I visited a store, tried on the suit, confirmed the slim fit, and loved it. Confident in my choice, I placed my order online, only to receive a regular fit—not the slim fit I had tried and ordered. I immediately called customer service to resolve the issue, but my experience was nothing short of frustrating. Daniela, the representative I spoke with, was shockingly unhelpful and unprofessional. I genuinely don’t understand how Perry Ellis employs someone with such poor customer service skills. After much back and forth, I finally got someone to agree to ship the correct suit. Fast forward another week, and I still have nothing—no suit, no tracking update, and no real answers from customer service. No one seems to know what’s going on. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, especially for something as time-sensitive as a wedding. Perry Ellis needs to seriously improve both their order fulfillment and customer service. I won’t be shopping with them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable shopping experience.

I love the Perry Ellis clothes. It’s one of my favorites brands. What I don’t like is the way they do refunds for online orders when they don’t have an item in stock and a reward code is used. They give you a $10 reward coupon every so often when you order regularly. When I order multiple items and use the $10 reward code and for some reason they don’t have one of the items in stock, they prorate the reward when they refund the item that wasn’t in stock. Basically refunding me less than the item cost + tax. If I had only ordered 1 item, I would have gotten $10 off for using the reward. Why would you prorate the reward when refunding me when more than 1 item is ordered??? That doesn’t make sense to me. A $10 discount is a $10 discount no matter how many items are ordered.

I have had multiple bad experiences with the quality of the clothing I received, their [seeming] supply-chain and fulfillment issues, and the worsening levels of customer service as it relates to my orders, over the past year. Only used this brand a couple of times a year, but for some time now, but will no longer be patronizing. Very disappointing, since it was once much better. Unfortunate.

I had the worst experience in working at Perry Ellis . In the beginning , I was good with the employees . But the training was horrible . The main trainer in charge had no patience and they let me go because of the way I learn . They needed someone who learned quicker in the job role . I think that’s not a reason to let go of someone . But they were not understanding with certain things and clearly they misjudged me . I would not reccomend to work here .
