Read before you work here!! Very bad communication. Used to work here. Was told I was making up my anxiety so I could work from home when I had a new rx written from my dr. When I went to my manager for my dr switching my anxiety medicine and the side effects i was feeling due to the recent switch to, I get pulled in to the office of VP of Customer Experience Don, and told by him and Rolly (no longer with the company to cover there tracks) that I was making it up. Still saving for action to be taken because for a medical company, they sure put off people, including there own workers, with disabilities. They was mad bc I didn't disclose it on my onbaording form and I was asked by Don why I left that off. It's my medical right to do so. They need to revamp CE if this company is to ever make it. They originally fired me for Job Abandoment and then Lori, with HR, called me to let me know it was gonna be treated as a voluntary resignation and that i could reapply, again, to cover their wrong doing. I'm good. I don't want to work for a company who frowns on disabilities

My wife and I are ecstatic with everyone that help us accomplish my wife’s independence. Everyone was very helpful and polite, we would recommend them too anyone that needs them

The chair itself is great, however the foam cushion that it came with Put 3 ulcers on his bottom after just a week of sitting on it. Had to special order the full roho, but still fighting wounds and sepsis for almost a year

This place lacks communication skills. They only build about 300 units a day and have 800,000 in back order, yet take on 300 new orders each day. No matter how you contact them, they will not reply. Email, telephone, Facebook, etc . They act more French than Swedish.

This is the second interface with the Permobil team and I could not be more pleased with the assistance and resolutions that have been made. In both cases I have worked with Tim in Technical support and each time we were able to quickly and permanetly repair the issues. The chair we have is the M3 model and as such has had daily use. It merely required a few tweaks. We could not be more pleased with the teams efforts and particularly Tim's personal involvement. Hats off Permobil! Mark Fowler
