I came in today to get a psychic reading from Leanne. I specifically went on monday since I really wanted to book an appointment with her. Unfortunately she was not able to come due to personal reasons. I am sure that she could not do anything about this and that is not why I am giving this rating. I never received a message saying that the reading could not go through. The shop already knew on Friday that she would not be able to come in on Monday. The lady at the shop said she called my number but I never received any message and I did gave up the right number. I showed her that I did not receive any calls from the shop. Furthermore, I also received an appointment reminder on Saturday. I am not from the area so when I arrived at the shop I asked for some form of compensation (i could’ve literally be anything) but the only option was to either: do the reading with someone else, do it next week via the phone or cancel it. I chose for the option to cancel my appointment which was unfortunate because I did travel 2 hours for this appointment and felt like I came empty handed from the shop.

All the reviews have been so spot on! My friends and I went last week and had amazing readings! We went at the perfect time of year and were able to get in no problem. We went on Wednesday and had with Matt and Chris…wow just wow! My girlfriend decided to have a medium ship with Matt and boy she was blown away. Cannot recommend enough!

I'm having a hard time believing all these 5 star reviews. Mine was not. I had an appt with Mathew for a mediumship reading. Phht. Nothing he said was correct!! He said he heard from two people...his description of them was so out there...like no one I know or have known. then he asked for names and almost everything he said was wrong ...unless there was some indication or hint from me about the people named. That was a huge waste of $90. I believe in this stuff so it's not like I'm a sceptic!! I was totally disappointed. They have a sign there that says psychic readings are not refundable...too bad coz I'd like my money back!

My visit was great! I had my first ever couples reading here. Gretchen did an amazing job in making my boyfriend and I feel at ease during the reading since we did not know what to expect. Along with Gretchen, we really appreciated the owners and employees answering our questions and giving us an overview before our actual session. Everyone was very welcoming and knowledgeable, and gave us great recommendations of the area since it was also our first time in Salem. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to have a reading and/or anyone looking to explore the area!

Absolutely loved this shop, we probably came back 5 times in three days. It’s beautiful, and has so many witchy necessities!! I had a reading done (amazing) we got a few statues, pendants, herbs. It’s a must visit. You won’t be disappointed! (10/10 on customer service as well!!!!)
