Penhaligon's

I popped into the Penhaligon’s boutique and had such a great time. The staff were super chill, easy to talk to, and really knew their stuff. They walked me through a bunch of their perfumes, breaking down the notes, sharing the stories behind each one, and even giving their own takes, which made it feel like chatting with friends rather than a formal sales pitch. The vibe was relaxed and welcoming, and the presentation of the perfumes was top-notch. It was just fun learning more about the brand and getting to try so many different scents. Honestly, a really nice experience.

Came in over the weekend after a disappointing visit to the Brighton store. The chap that served us was fantastic ! Helped us choose a whole range of perfumes and couldn't have been more helpful. I didn't catch his name but he's the taller gentleman with glasses. Definitely recommend a visit.

Not what I expected from customer service. Unfavorable treatment from the worker and the cashier. I was not comfortable during the stage of choosing perfumes. Regardless of the great quality and consistency of perfumes, the experience of buying from the most famous store in London remains not positive for me.

Two customers and two shop assistants all wore masks even it was no longer a government requirement. The shop was quite small. A block was placed at the shop front (only the assistant could let you in). The assistant was friendly and professional. Two types of tester sets were available here.

A bottle of perfume from Penhaligon is a perfect gift for your loved ones when you visit London. I chose the love potion. The staff are knowledgeable and are happy to assist.
