Paytm customer reviews

I was reporting to the field on time but my team leader does not give the proper report to me after asking so many times. If the sound box is not sold then my team leader ask me to sale the sound box of Rs. 49, and ask me to hide the payment charges from the customer, which is not good to the company and customer It looks like he is asking me to the fraud with the customer as well as with the company. This shows that the team leader just want to increase the no of soundbox and complete the target which is not good it give the negative impression on the customer once the money is debited. How can an employee work on this situation While your team leader asking to do this thing . Why he always tells us to hide the charges from the customer even in 299 plan he does not tell the customer that ur data charges will be deducted he always tell the customer that it will be free lifetime. Why is it so can't we sale the soundbox with the proper communications. He ask the team member to take the test on behalf on new member or he himself attempt the test of new member why is it so . Kuchh bhi kam karo lekin Paytm agent ka kam mat karo

Old edc machine had battery drainage issues since long time, after i made complaints several times customer care executive told me to upgrade my device at 0 cost. But today when executive came to upgrade my device i paid 1944.82 Rs It's very wrong & also monthly rental which I didn't had before Very bad experience I'll find a substitute if my concern is not solved at the priority

I regret to share my experience with Paytm, which has been extremely disappointing. From my perspective, the company exhibits several concerning practices that potential employees and customers should be aware of. Firstly, the issue of salary discrepancies is prevalent. Many employees, including myself, have faced situations where the salary credited was significantly lower than what was promised. Attempts to rectify this through HR often go unaddressed, leading to financial strain and frustration. Additionally, Paytm has a troubling approach to attendance management. Despite marking attendance regularly, many employees are marked as absent, which not only affects their salary but also their credibility and work record. This seems to be a systemic issue rather than isolated incidents. From a customer's standpoint, unauthorized deductions from accounts have been reported frequently. These deductions are often hard to resolve, with customer service providing little to no support in rectifying these issues. Overall, my experience with Paytm has been far from satisfactory. The company's disregard for employee welfare and customer rights is alarming, making it difficult to recommend their services or employment opportunities. Proceed with caution.

Absolutely 3rd class services of Paytm. Incase of any issue, can not connect with a human from customer service team. All numbers searched in Google and tried, only ivr service no CS service, just asking to press this number and that and at end closing call on its own. Max to max it sends a message with a link which diverts you to back to their chat service which deals with customers in same way as mentioned above for ivr.
