Respected sir, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experiences I have had with your customer care service. I have encountered multiple issues, including misleading information and a lack of responsiveness to my concerns. Firstly, when I called your customer care to inquire about the Mumbai office address, I was told that there is no office in Mumbai and that your company only has an office in Chennai. This information contradicts what I know to be true, as I have seen your Mumbai office's address listed on your website and various other sources. This discrepancy in information is quite concerning and reflects poorly on your organization's credibility. Secondly, I have been facing issues with your cash collection service for over a week, and when I raised this concern with your customer care, I was informed that the cash collection service is temporarily unavailable for everyone. However, this information seems inaccurate, as I have personally used this service today through a friend who runs a PayNearby service near my office. This inconsistency in your communication is frustrating and leads to a lack of trust in your service. I rely on your services for my financial transactions, and these recent experiences have left me disappointed and frustrated. I expect a higher level of transparency and responsiveness from your customer care team, as well as accurate and consistent information. I kindly request that you investigate these issues, rectify any misleading information, and improve your customer service standards to ensure a better experience for your customers. It is essential for your company to address these concerns promptly and make the necessary improvements to regain the trust of your customers I am expressing my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the unresolved complaint I submitted to your company 12 working days ago. I initially reported a simple error, which I believed could be rectified within 48 hours, yet it remains unaddressed. The lack of response and action on your company's part has left me with a sense of great dissatisfaction, and I must say, it reflects poorly on your commitment to customer satisfaction. I am left to wonder whether your company lacks the capability to effectively manage customer concerns or if there is a deliberate attempt to deceive the public through your services. I cannot help but think that my complaint may have been met with intentional negligence due to my previous concerns about the inefficiency of your team. If this is indeed the case, it is a disappointing and unprofessional response, especially for a company that should value its customers. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify my complaint and provide a timely resolution. Failing to do so will only further damage your company's reputation and trustworthiness in the eyes of your customers. I expect a prompt response and resolution to my issue within the next 48 hours. If my concerns continue to be ignored, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to higher authorities and seek the necessary legal actions to address this grievance. I hope for a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter and for your company to reevaluate its approach to customer service
