Paymentus

Do Not Use. I use Paymentus for City of Austin Utilities and it's the worst payment processor I've experienced. Has issues with major bank accounts and employees have acknowledged that this payment service is faulty.

can't imagine a worse service for paying your bills than this. unclear if a human being was ever involved in design. and then they have the gall to charge a payment fee to YOU, the bill-payer, on EVERY SINGLE BILL YOU PAY, instead (or in addition to?) charging the service provider, which is such a massive PR unforced error that I wonder if anyone who works here has ever desired to be loved in their lives.

What a terrible, user un-friendly service. I love getting charged a "convenience" fee of almost 2% of my hydro bill when the system continuously hangs up abruptly when I'm almost done the 10-15 minute slog of putting my information in for my bill, forcing me to start over. Better yet, when the service changes how you are supposed to input your account number with NO NOTICE, leaving me to almost miss my monthly payment and having to go to my provider directly during my working hours to pay my bill. The fact that this "service" is borderline mandatory is sickening and the "service" they provide is an absolute joke. Businesses who need a third party provider to handle payments, please take head and look elsewhere. You will have angry customers/clients and it won't even be your fault. My friend even told me that if your bill is above $250 CAN, they charge you an additional fee? For what?! Let's scrape more money out of these people because we know they need to pay it. What a scam.

Good service to have when needing to pay a utility bill urgently. However i can't tell you how many times it has hung up on me after I've spent ten minutes entering all my details. Then to have to turn around and do it all over again in the hopes it works. Please fix this issue, it's been happening for years now. The cost to use the services is a little hefty, however convenient when needed. Thanks

Such a huge waste of time. The automated system is so deeply layered in disclaimers it takes 20 min to pay a bill. Very frustrating. Your gonna lose the fee cause my time is worth way more. Simplify it you guys !!! They wont even post contact info. Had to find them here. Dolts !
