BEWARE! This company is a scam! These positive reviews are old. This company will scam you with crazy bogus fees deducted from your bank account that you can never recover. I signed up for Payline in 2017 when they were an independent company with great pricing and customer support. Since then, they were bought by Pineapple Payments (terrible google reviews), then Pineapple was bought by Fiserv (also terrible reviews). Completely against my contract, in 2024 they added a bogus monthly fees twice, totaling an extra $35 every month. Then they added two bogus "annual fees", $269 every July, and $300 every December. All in all, they stole nearly $900 in bogus fees from my bank account in 2024, without my consent, not in my contract, and will continue every year if I don't cancel. It's nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone, and the one lady that finally called me back was rude and refused to help. In fact, she tried to scam me further by offering to refund $300 of the $900 they stole if I signed a contract extension. This extension time frame would cost me $600 in bogus fees. She didn't respond any further when I asked her why I would agree to a $300 refund that costs me $600 later. Beware, this company is a huge scam and they will take as much money as they want from your bank account, regardless of what your contact says! I will likely have to close my bank account and open a new one just to keep them from stealing even more money!

Payline has been great!! Colin , Mike and Andy have been timely, helpful, knowledgeable, and very good at communication. It has been an excellent experience working with them, I recommend them without reservation!!!

Andy Roth at Payline Data has been a pleasure to work with! :) He set up our credit card processing account at my place of employment. I have dealt with Mike Abramovic since day one with my experience with Payline Data. I cannot say enough for his incredible responsiveness and assistance with any and all issues I have had. My issues have been more related to my learning curve of using credit card services but he has assisted every step with extremely fast response time. The Payline rates are the best I’ve found in researching 5-6 companies and fit my business perfectly. Every month I review my statement and could not be happier with what I am paying for their services. Hands down the best company I have ever dealt with personally and professionally.
