Andy Roth at Payline Data has been a pleasure to work with! :) He set up our credit card processing account at my place of employment. Whenever I email him or call, he responds within minutes and completely fixes the issue. There is no need to repeatedly ask for support, he just gets it done. I LOVE that - it is so unusual to find a company that listens and responds positively within minutes - no arguing, no fuss. If you need credit card processing, Payline Data will treat you well and earn your respect too.

I have dealt with Mike Abramovic since day one with my experience with Payline Data. I cannot say enough for his incredible responsiveness and assistance with any and all issues I have had. My issues have been more related to my learning curve of using credit card services but he has assisted every step with extremely fast response time. The Payline rates are the best I’ve found in researching 5-6 companies and fit my business perfectly. Every month I review my statement and could not be happier with what I am paying for their services. Hands down the best company I have ever dealt with personally and professionally.

We just recently started using Payline to bill our customers monthly for our service plans. The entire process from start to finish was simple, seamless and so professional. Colin has been so incredibly helpful with setting up my account and walking me through the process to onboard with Payline. Payline's rates are transparent and listed on their website. It's hard to find a payment processor with quality reviews like I've seen with Payline, so I'm excited to start trying it out and see if they continue to live up to the high expectation I have of them. UPDATE: I reduced my star rating from 5 to 2. After my free month trial, the service functioned as advertised but it was not clear how transaction fee rates were applied based on the specific card type used because the fees were waived. I decided to cancel the service after the month trial because I needed the ability to provide a more customizable receipt. My bank account was drafted for $42 for what appeared to be fees related to the service, but I was never provided with an invoice or a detailed explanation of the charge from Payline. Your agreement is with CardPointe and they are the ones who debit your account. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this payment processor. My experience with Payline at the end of my free trial was not like the experience I had at the beginning. It seems like the customer service disappeared once I was past the "sign up" phase of their sales funnel.
