PattLock Secure Data Backup Software: On June 25 2024 I called Patterson to cancel services they warned me that if I cancel services every time I needed technical support will have to pay $247.66 per every 15 minutes. Reason why I was obligated to keep this service during a period of time while transferring patients documents such as notes , charting, x rays and insurance information to the new soft ware. So I keep that service but no one warned me that PattLock secure data software had to be removed by us here from each computer until about a month later when they send us an email. As a result I have to continue to pay for that service two more months they reminded me I signed a contract 8 or more years ago that an extra month charge was part of the deal.
I want from Patterson to refund last charges for June and void charges for July 2024 of PattLock secure data as soon as possible .
