After using this service, I feel I wasted $79/month. I never received follow-up after my lab results were taken and my health coach disappeared. In trying to book time with my clinician, she had no availability. I wish this service assisted with follow-up appointments in a timely manner to ensure effective communication

I’ve just cancelled my membership after a year with parsley. I really tried to give it some time but overall an unpleasant experience. Everything I went for in the beginning had actually gotten worse than when I started. The first doctor I saw (after several months of seeing her) explained she wasn’t experienced enough and referred me to another doctor who had very bad bedside manner and recommended one protocol throughout the several months I was working with her (Even tho I clearly communicated that I was feeling worse than when I started to see her). She didn’t know how to pivot or customize any protocols for me. The overall problem is that I don’t feel care is individualized. They choose a protocol for certain ailments and think it’s a one size fits all approach and do not know how to pivot for individual needs. I just think it’s very subpar service and care team.

I’ve been a patient with parsley for a few years now and I can say it changed my life for the better! I work with Dr. Link and she’s been extremely warm, caring and attentive. Within the first 4 months of working with Dr. Link the gut issues I had been experiencing for 5 years were resolved. I recommend Parlsey Health to all my friends and family.

I signed up for Parsley Health 2 months ago. I am impressed and recommend it to everyone. The onboarding process was the most thoughtful set of questions I’ve ever been asked by medical providers ever. Simply put, they asked me what my goals were: increase energy and vitality, reduce pain and lethargy, decrease body fat. And then delved into every aspect of my medical history. Initial visits with my assigned physician and then my health coach felt cohesive, exciting, caring, competent. The combination of a team that includes a physician, health coach, and a case manager is highly effective. I’ve already gained invaluable insight into my blood sugar levels, dietary choices, sleep patterns, and we are trouble shooting a number Of possible solutions to I signed up for Parsley Health 2 months ago. It’s like having a functional health concierge at affordable prices. Amazing.

I have been a member with Parsley since 2019 and they were initially great but there have been multiple changes with my care team, which has lead me to the decision of ending my membership with them. There has also been many issues with my membership/insurance. My health coach left and the replacement also left, so I haven’t been able to utilize that feature of the membership. My current doctor was great but is now also LEAVING and no recommendation of a new provider was given at all, no continuity of care, I don’t feel cared for at all.
