Pair Networks

I stopped using pair networks when I took over my current job simply because I had far more experience with AWS, and we were building a new site from scratch. From what I've heard, Pair is an excellent hosting company - but what really impressed me was the responsive, polite, and helpful customer service I received WHILE I WAS CANCELLING THIS SERVICE! That's unheard of. Kudos to any company that will answer the phone on the first ring, and help you cancel your service with a smile. Maybe I should reconsider our current hosting situation and move back to Pair. Can't think of the last time I was able to call an AWS rep...

Have only been using them for a little bit but Pair has been in the Pittsburgh area for as long as I can remember and it's nice to do business with a local company. They have made our hosting needs seem-less with pricing we can afford. Thank you
