Incredibly rude staff. The girl at the register had the audacity to get offended when I asked her a genuine question about my purchase and made me apologize. The entire job of a sales associate is to answer questions and assist customers. Don't bother hiring impolite teenagers if they can't handle customer service!!! I have never been treated so badly in a store in my life. I will never go back and I am definitely spreading the word.

I had a disappointing experience with the young female manager at the PacSun in Westfield. She was rude and claimed that online purchases couldn’t be returned in-store, which turned out to be untrue. This is the second unpleasant interaction I’ve had with her. The first time, she tried to process a return, only to tell me the system couldn’t recognize my order. I decided to go to a different location where they handled my return without any issues. I hope PacSun considers hiring someone more polite and knowledgeable to improve the customer experience here.

the young female manager with the snaggleteeth unfortunately decided to LIE to the wrong one today. told me she couldn't do a refund or exhange on a online order i received today that was marked with ink pen all down the side. first her excuse was she couldnt accept “damaged” online orders which is FALSE according to customer service. when i came back in a second time her excuse was she didnt have the right type of register…. girl pick a struggle! after talking to customer server over the phone i’ll be back to the store to do my return tomorrow

Staff is rude. Not helpful only focused on recovery. I asked for a fitting room at 8:03PM, and the guy working explained to me they close their fitting rooms at 8pm. Even though they close at 9. Didn’t give anyone a warning or anything. I just wanted to try on a pair of pants.. never going back

Incredibly rude staff. Clothes are good but left without buying because of the rude staff.
