Ovation Up

We've been using Ovation for our restaurant for a little over 6 months and I cannot express how amazing it has been! We are able to see, in real time, the issues that we have on each shift and are able to address these with our General Managers and Shift leads to see how we can correct these in the future and where more training for team members could benefit in order to serve our guests better. It not only increased our ratings on Google, but has also done wonders for our staff and their pride in their work. Can't recommend Ovation enough for those in customer service!

Genuinely love the service. As a restaurant manager, not only has this service increased the number of google reviews I am getting, but also has allowed me to avoid negative reviews by receiving ovation reviews while those guests are still in my building. This has changed the game when it comes to handling mistakes or complaints even going as far as allowing me to offer an incentive to the guest to come back again such as a free entree or discount code.
