Outsource Accelerator

I have observed significant issues within the company lately. There appears to be a lack of fairness towards employees and a noticeable absence of pro-employee policies. Furthermore, there is a perception that even HR does not advocate for employees' concerns. Initially promising, their management style and client handling leave much to be desired.

Awful epxerience with this outsourcing marketplace, total waste of time. They initially matched me with three firms that are not able to meet the requirements I'm looking for (specific professional designations and skill levels, not general virtual assistant / customer service roles). Mind you, they run local ads telling me that they are able to provide staffing for the specific designations I'm looking for. Now they say that they are not able to manually adjust my matches or provide alternates, and I'm left with three useless recommendations, an inbox flooded with appointment reminders and sales emails, and a total waste of time trying to follow up and do some research. If this incompetence is any indication of what they would try to bring to my business... no thanks!

Outsource accelerator came through with a promotional offer at the gold level. After interviewing and working with a couple of outsource referrals, I was able to connect with a great company called Wing. I found two VAs for admin and for marketing. Great service for small businesses like mine!
