The ride and bus (People's March between Annapolis and DC) were good, but the customer service was exceptional. I left my phone on the bus, and contacted Bhaskar via Chat. He was hugely helpful contacting the bus owner and putting him in touch with my emergency contact. He was professional, polite, and dedicated to helping me. I can't say enough good things about his service.

Very helpful! Thanksgiving day and rainy. First time doing business with OurBus and I didn’t know where the bus stop was at. I missed the bus and customer services was impeccable! So helpful! I definitely will do business with them again. They rescheduled a bus for me @ 3:00 pm thanksgiving day. I found an earlier bus different company and let them know and the still gave me a wallet credit! I am very pleased with their customer service!

I booked my first trip with OurBus. A couple weeks later I got an email letting me know there had been some small changes. When I contacted customer service, Himanshi was able to confirm the changes and provide me a full refund if this no longer met my plans. Even if I don't end up taking advantage, I'm glad the option is available, without hesitation.
