Avoid it Just a few channels with dead shows repeating all the time. OSN should close or merge as nowadays its a scam using the old name that was worth something 10 years ago

NO STARS. The quality of the streaming is just a joke!!. You can't watch a movie without getting a circle uploading every 15sc. I want.my.money back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Hi, I tried to renew my OSN+ and have been charged three times, twice my credit card and once debit and yet my subscription isn't renewed and I keep geting a 404 error???? I've tried to reach you through chat support, the help center and even instagram but haven't received a response.

Worst customer service ever, they waste your time over the phone in solving technical issues coz they are not updated with it,and app glictche , not easy to deal with it👎👎👎 الأسوء اطلاقاً

Even though the OSN plus has MANY MANY flaws, the worst part is the customer service. I had a problem with my card and the company decided to cancel my subscription without any emails or warning. I had an offer that allows me to subscribe at a discounted price, and because they canceled my account without any warning the offer was removed. After contacting their customer service, the representative was completely dismissive and did not help me at all so I can be forced to pay the more expensive subscription. Horrible customer experience, and I will not re-subscribe to the app as it is clear the company just wants to take people’s money…. Always great seeing a huge company with millions run after the small guys… I just hope HBO ends up offering their own app to the Middle East so we can stop going through other service providers.
