Orange Egypt

For the last 8 months, I have been struggling to get my fiber replaced due to malfunction. Since it was bought I informed orange technical support and triple play about the problems and they always told me to reset device, it was a temporary solution. I continued contacting them about the issues with the device and they always promised the technical team will contact me which never happened. I have 3-4 monthly sent them a reminder and never received any help. When I visit the shop and tells them it is not working, they are not able to do anything, just selling or wasting my time. I have in total wasted so much time for a simple replacement or money back but somehow Orange management does not care about costumer service or solving issues. Orange only cares about Money and more money. They got the device back in the shop and of course they will not solve the issue or give me my money back.

Not even half a star, but I could not post unless I marked a star. I was contacted by their sales office to subscribe to their service on August 12 as I had left my previous service provider and I was told that it would take 5 days for the service to be installed as soon as they received my provider's cancellation number which was available on Aug. 14. Since that date, i have not received the service, not has the technician installed the router. yesterday after my frustration led me to cancel with Orange, I was informed that the cancellation for a service that was NOT provided would take between 5 - 15 days. Their agent just informed me now that it would take 15 days to cancel the service they failed to provide. This is a company that cannot keep their word with their clients. As a new client, if this is the service I am getting, I'm wondering how they would treat an already existing client!!!

phone internet aint working though i spent hours commuting n waiting to be solved on three different occasions in three different branches! Worst was they deducted money from prepaid amount allocated for the phone internet package without connection n the employee said u need to check with the HQ to solve ur issues!

The part they always do not tell about their offers, here is Orange and Coca-Cola offer.. the 500 MB are valid for only 1 hour! Orange Egypt, please be more transparent! It's ok to offer it for a short time as a person doesn't pay much for a can of soft drink, but at least announce this point in your campaigns, so the customer would use their free MB when they need them, instead of having them while staying home on Wi-Fi.. thanks!

Orange Egypt HQ (Digital Center, CS Operations, Training, Sales, Retail, Others)...My experience in Orange HQ training was amazing, best trainers, breakfast and lunch included for the trainees the security are very alert and following the rules, services are great, WC are clean, cafeteria provided including some entertainment such as pingpong, the HQ is clean, Huge offices, Huge building, VIP and ambassadors visit this building, many other big companies are headquartered there...my experience in this place was Phenomenal and satisfied
